2016 - Range & Conditioning Testing

For the 2016 competition season, a Range & Conditioning Testing routine will be introduced by British Gymnastics for NDP Levels 1-7.  The routine is performed on the floor and is designed to test the gymnast's strength and flexibility.  All of our competitive gymnasts will learn the exercise sequence during the conditioning sessions run by Laura Martin.
